I wanted to test other displacement maps and tried to replicate your results first, but the link to your generator does not give the same result as the displacement map used in the mario kart demo, am i missing something ? It's really different, is this because i'm running firefox 3.5RC3 (btw it's the same result on chrome) ?<br /><br />At first at thought it was because on the post you say you had 16384 and on the script 65536, but no that didn't change anything.
